The national association Spain Nightlife, formed by companies with night-time hospitality establishments and integrated in FEHR, have signed an agreement with the website hosteleo.com
Hosteleo is a national job search website leader in the hospitality & tourism industry. It has more than 650,000 registered candidates and 8,500 companies with vacancies. It promotes digitization in the search of employment for all businesses and professional sub-sectors within the hospitality and tourism sector. This includes traditional restaurants, collectives, franchises, hotel chains and nightlife venues. It has now joined up with Spain Nightlife, an association that brings together nightlife entrepreneurs in various areas at a national level.
For the past two years Spain Nightlife has worked with the aim of providing effective tools to assist management and promotion of entertainment options offered by nightlife venues. They are present in regions such as Ibiza, Valencia, Barcelona, Malaga, Asturias and Canary Islands. Spain Nightlife intends to function as a liaison between various institutions and administrations to foster relationships sharing work and defending the interests of the sector by promoting collaboration among partners of the different parts of Spain.
Spain Nightlife is an association that is already integrated into others of the same category and international level, such as the European Nightlife Association and the International Association Nightlife, besides being part of the Spanish Federation of Hospitality (FEHR). Its members include bars, music bars, disco-pubs, discos, nightclubs and beach clubs with names such as Privilege, Amnesia and even themed hotels like Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia Ibiza.
For its Hosteleo, national reference portal of the different business models hospitality industry part becomes the ally of official use of this association. Thus partners and users will begin to see in a few days vacancies for waiters, managers, bar and floor support, hostesses, DJs, promoters, sales, and ultimately, any nightlife profile.
The Secretary General of Spain Nightlife, Joaquim Boadas, said "for the association is vitally important to find tools that help attract talent to the sector, so Hosteleo is a remarkable ally in this respect when addressing a group of specific candidates. In addition, this collaboration will contribute significantly to a reduction in unemployment among young people aged 18 to 26".
"Nightlife is a fundamental pillar in the Spanish hotel industry, and this agreement allows progress in professionalizing the sub-sector and the digitization of their selection processes, providing agility and high doses of success, saving time and achieved high levels of target desired" concluded the Managing Director of Hosteleo, David Basilio.
